1.  What is your address for shipping?

Street address is 130 East 4th Street, Pittsburg, CA. 94565. You can also send to PO Box 789, Pittsburg, CA. 94565.

 

2. What are your hours?

Our business hours are 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.  Our live customer service team can help you during those hours with any buying, maintenance, or service questions you may have. If you have sharpening needs we do accept your shears by mail or if you want to drop them by, we can accept your shears, take all your information and either call you to pick them up when they are done or ship them back to you.

4.  What shipping options do you offer?


We ship most packages by priority mail with a 2-3 day delivery anywhere in the country.  Internet orders have the option for UPS, or internationally we offer DHL shipping.  For international orders, it can be best to simply choose the items you want and then email us at info@senseishears.com with your shipping address and the items you want.  We can research the best shipping options and send you an invoice which can be paid online, before we ship.  It is. more flexible that way than just placing the order on the website, but that is also an option.

 

5.  What is your return policy?


We have a 14 day “Love your shear guarantee”.   What that means if you have 14 days to get the shear, try it out and make sure you are happy with the size of the shear, that the handle design is comfortable and it is working correctly with your cutting style.  If you are unhappy or  dissatisfied in any way, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right by exchanging for a different size or handle design. If we cannot find something we will be work with you to process a refund.   We know you bought a shear because you need one and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

6.  When I order on your website, how soon is my order processed and shipped?


Monday through Friday any orders received before 3pm PST will usually be shipped the same day. Any orders received after that time will be processed the following working day.  If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed Monday or the next working day if Monday is a holiday.  We ship using priority mail for most orders, so you can expect to receive your package within 2-3 days after it is shipped, anywhere in the country.   Two days or less on the west coast.

 

7.  Would I be able to make changes to an order that I have already placed?


As stated above we try to expedite all the orders we receive. So if you place an order on the weekend, we will not process it until Monday. However if you place an order during the day and then call us the next day, more than likely you order will already have been processed and shipped. Feel free to call us and we will do our best to help even if the order has already shipped.
